Shipping & Billing:

All orders are processed, billed, and shipped within 72 business hours from when the order is placed provided the merchandise ordered is available and in stock. Packages ordered from I Buy Plasma cannot be rerouted mid-delivery. International orders may be accepted pending strict payment verification. We do not ship to hotels. Non verifiable orders may considerably delay the shipping of your order as well as us requiring other information in order to have it processed. Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may delay the order processing. All outbound deliveries changed to "hold for UPS pickup" at the request of the customer - will be intercepted and returned to us as a security measure.

I Buy Plasma carrier of choice is UPS.

*All orders priced from $1 to $1000 are required to ship to the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements) or to a business where the card holder is employed. All orders above $3500 are subject to further verification measures and will possibly exceed the regular processing time and is subject to our discretion. The alternate business address must be listed with the credit card company and the business must be listed with directory assistance (ie... www.411.com). In the event the billing address is a P.O. Box we will require shipping to your residence or business which again must be listed with your credit card company as alternate address and that address must be listed with directory assistance.

We accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. C.O.D. orders are welcome provided we receive a 10% deposit via credit card, check, or money order.

Returns / RMA

I Buy Plasma offers a 21-day return privilege policy on select items (please refer to Return Policy below) provided the following guidelines are followed:

  • All merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers packaging unopened with manufacturers seal.
  • All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
  • Original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
  • All returns must be double boxed and accompanied by a I Buy Plasma Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact our customer service division at 800.819.6342 during our listed customer service hours, or email us at support@ibuyplasma.com for your RMA number.
  • Orders returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned back at the shipper’s expense
  • Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
  • On all returned/refused packages that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that was paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the return amount.
  • All refused packages will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • If you receive a defective item for Final Sale items, you must have them serviced by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for repairs on defective items. On a case by case basis, you may contact us to send the item back to us for repair. In such cases, we will survey the repair and give you a quote on the repair amount.



Lost or Damaged Items


Packages lost or damaged by UPS or Freight Companies require up to 45 days for a credit to occur. If your merchandise is damaged on arrival, please contact our customer service department immediately.

± LCD/Plasma/Televisions Above 20" Policy

All sales of LCD/Plasma/Televisions above 20" are final and may not be returned. The following are responsibilities of the customer when taking delivery of any television 20" and above:

1. All customers must carefully inspect the box of your TV before the shipper leaves your premises. If you find the unit is damaged due to delivery mishap you may refuse delivery for a defective exchange. When we receive the unit back at our warehouse, a claim will then be issued for your TV.

2. If the television meets your expectations, you must sign the release form supplied by the shipper to fully complete the delivery process. Your signature confirms that you understand this LCD/Plasma/Television Return Policy and agree that you cannot return the television.

3. Once the television has been delivered please refer to "Manufacturer Returns" or refer to any applicable warranty you might have.

Warranties

All products are covered by a one year parts and 90 day labor warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page. In some cases where the manufacturer warranty does not apply, products are covered by I Buy Plasma or a 3rd party warranty for the duration of 1 year’s parts and 90 days labor. I Buy Plasma carries both US and Import/Gray Market products which are not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. On Imported Items, I Buy Plasma will provide warranty service on the products up to 1 year’s part and 90 days labor for all manufacturer defects. Products for repair must be accompanied by the receipt or bill of sale.

International Orders
I Buy Plasma is not responsible for duties or tariffs on international shipments. Please contact your local border and customs agencies for more information.

Tax
Items shipped in the state if New York are subject to the applicable sales tax added to the order total.
